Great idea. I found blue, purple, yellow, white, red and green heart balloons at the local party store. Performed it today at a Good News Club similar to the way you did, but emphasizing that the meanness (purple), fear (yellow), lack of love (blue)and greed (green) were all sins. Then the red heart was the heart of Jesus, red for blood shed on cross, and that by repenting of the sin & trusting Christ our hearts would be washed clean and made white. The 4 sin filled heart kids turned in their colored hearts so they could get the white one (just held it in front of them since I had only one). It was maybe a little long, but effective.
